Despite the distance he had to travel at times to show us homes, Ray always pulled through even when we would call him on the day of wanting to see a home that just hit the market. I was impressed with his knowledge about the area and each individual home we saw with him. He was thorough on gathering information for each location down to inspections and permitting of each structure. He was responsive throughout the process and explained each step to us so there would be no surprises. When it was time to put an offer in, Ray made the process smooth and easy to understand. He made a point to meet with us and go over the contract line by line, making a foreign document, straightforward for us to understand. I plan to continue using Ray as my go to real-estate agent for future investments.
