Stage 1 split: 100% agent / 0% Brokerage (For first $16,667 in commission)

Stage 2 split: 70% agent / 30% Brokerage (Begins once $16,667 has been met)

Stage 3 split: 90% agent / 10% Brokerage (Begins once the brokerage has earned $20,000 and stays in effect till January 1st the following year)
If hired after the 1st of July and before the 31st of December, you will start in the stage 2 split, then revert to the stage 1 split January 1.
Freedom Realty believes in a process in which an agent needs to be properly marketed in order for them to reach their highest level of success. Agents will keep 100% of their initial commission to help cover needed marketing expenses annually. This is incorporated in the stage 1 split and gives the agent an extra $5,000 in commission each year to use towards marketing when the initial $16,667 in commission is earned. On top of that, Freedom Realty will continue to market and advertise for agents’ success.
Agents are rewarded when they bring like-minded individuals to join. An agent who recruits another agent, will receive 50% of the recruits brokerage percentage split the year of the recruiting, unless the new hire starts after July, 1, then the following year may be applied if requested (this helps maximize the recruiting reward)! For example, if you recruited 5 new agents, you can receive up to a $50,000 bonus! There is no cap on the amount of recruiting done!
Agents will be responsible for their common expenses like MLS fees, realtor association dues, personal signage, personal advertising, etc. Agents pay a $500 transaction fee to the brokerage on each successful close of escrow. Agents have the option to pay for additional marketing technologies that have been implemented into the company to help ensure higher levels of success with clients.
Freedom Realty office’s that are paid for by the company can be accessed and used by any of its agents / employees. Agents can also choose to lease or use office space if approved by the owner and the Oregon Real Estate Board.
Agents are responsible for any continued education and encouraged to further their education. The owner will be available for virtual and in person meetings if requested. Additional training may be offered to agents upon request.
Collaboration and idea-sharing are encouraged among agents, regardless of experience level. We are a team and all share a common goal of being successful.
Skyslope is our user-friendly transaction management system, offering e-signing, a brokerage dashboard, document library, and more. Skyslope fees are paid for by the brokerage.
Operational costs are not what most brokerages want you to believe. Not being part of a franchise minimizes additional costs, allowing a focus on agent success and development in the ever changing world of real estate.
Freedom Realty pays for a transaction coordinator at no cost to the brokers. Our local transaction coordinators work in Skyslope so when they help you with addendums and other contracts, everything reflects in your Skyslope account. A TC will manage timelines for you, further assuring that you and your clients do not miss a deadline. A TC gives you more time where it’s needed and will in the end, allow you to put more deals together!
